The Ninth Cloud<\/strong> boosts a spectacular performance by Michael Madsen<\/strong> as \u201cBob\u201d, a poet who is the overlord of the bohemian artists of 1990\u2019s London.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Ninth Cloud<\/strong> is a tragi-comedy that plays in the confused reality of a 24 year old girl called Zena (Megan Maczko)<\/strong> who just moved to Hackney, East London, after the death of her parents in a plane crash. She has an active imagination and pursues a fantasy life to cope with what she calls \u2018the dark world\u2019.
